These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noli AI mobile application (“App”), noliai.framer.website or any future monologapp.com domain (“Site”), and our official social-media pages (collectively “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (available in-app and on the Site). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Using the App

1. License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. App stores. Your download and in-app purchase terms are also governed by the rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store (“Provider”) from which you obtained the App. In case of conflict, those rules prevail for billing, renewals, and refunds.

3. Account. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or passwordless e-mail. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Age requirement. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by local law to consent to data processing without parental consent) to use the App.

5. Connectivity & device. Monolog requires an internet connection for backup, AI, and subscription validation. Data charges may apply. Keep your device secure and updated; we are not liable for issues caused by rooted/jail-broken devices or outdated OS versions.

6. Updates & availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may release updates that are required to keep using the App.

3. Subscriptions and payments

1. Plans. The App is free to download. Core journaling (writing + AI-generated summary, mood, themes, quote) is free. Noli AI Premium unlocks unlimited AI dialogue (“Noli AI”) and any future premium features.

2. Billing. Subscriptions are handled by your Provider through in-app purchase. Prices, billing cycle (monthly or annual), and a 3-day free trial for the annual plan are shown before purchase.

3. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in the App Store / Play Store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Refunds. All refunds are processed by the Provider following its own policies. Noli AI cannot access your payment information or issue refunds directly.

5. Changes. We may change prices or subscription terms; any changes apply at the next renewal and you will be notified in advance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
• violate any law or third-party right;
• reverse-engineer or modify the App beyond normal settings;
• upload malware or interfere with servers or networks;
• use the Services to build a competing product;
• share harmful, hateful, or illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials in the Services are owned by Noli AI or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share small excerpts (e.g., AI quotes) for personal, non-commercial commentary with proper attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written consent.

6. Health & medical disclaimer

Noli AI provides self-reflection, journaling, and mindfulness tools; it is not medical or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

• Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using Noli AI if you have depression, anxiety, or any mental-health condition.
• If you feel at risk of harming yourself or others, call emergency services immediately.
• Any optional movement or breathing exercises are undertaken at your own risk; ensure you are in suitable physical health.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noli AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noli AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

• Users : These Terms are governed by Polish law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the Site at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
